Drawing any shape in Corel Draw is very easy if you know the concept of drawing. In this article, we will know about how to Draw Gear or Setting Icons in Corel Draw easily. Steps to Draw Gear or Setting Icon in Corel Draw
Before going to follow the steps you need to have Corel Draw Software.
Step 1
Start your Corel Draw App on Your PC and After opening take a blank Document where you will draw the gear. Take the Ellipse Tool and Draw a Fine Circle and draw a rectangle according to your circle. Now You need to reshape your rectangle like given in the picture. You can go through the given image below.
Step 2
Now Select the reshaped rectangle and click one more time you will see the center point of the reshaped rectangle now move the center point of the reshaped rectangle to the center point of the circle as given in the below image.
Step 3
Now Press Ctrl and rotate your shape around the center point and drop it by right click according to you. It will create a copy of the reshaped rectangle. Now press Ctrl + R to repeat the process and create the copy at an exact distance around the center point. See the referenced image below.
Step 4
Now you are almost done. You need to select all the shapes and press the weld option in Corel Draw it will create almost the gear shape and now you need to draw a circle inside the shape to give a proper gear shape or setting icon. See referenced image
